The general conditions of sale covering the current and future business relations existing between:
MEZIANA POINT NET.SARL (private limited Company) with "Arts De Tunisie" as a Trademark ), ("We") and the originator of the order ("You").
MEZIANA POINT NET.SARL manages E-shop, website and may modify these Terms of Use at any time, subject to modifications appear on the page dedicated to these conditions on the website.
MEZIANA POINT NET.SARL is at your disposal for any consultation on the terms that you would want and made via email, mail, telephone or other means. Our acceptance or rejection of proposed new terms will apply unless specifically notified by writing.

2. AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
Our catalog is updated on the basis of information provided by our artists, craftsmen and suppliers. This database contains a large quantity of items, so all is not stored in our reserves and our offer is so conditional on the availability of items from artists, craftsmen and suppliers. Any stock outs as a result we can not be charged.
MEZIANA POINT NET.SARL will notify you by mail within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the date of receipt of your order (the minimum time necessary because some of our artists and artisans are not available 2 days per week).
Important: Items are not available are removed from our shop as if the break has been flagged as final by the supplier , and in other cases, you can order again missing items. They will be delivered subject to availability from the supplier.
Some items collections are available in limited numbers (articles Cave and Grotte, or even a single copy.
3. PRICE
Our prices are including costs of processing your order included. They can be changed at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be charged based on the current order is placed. Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes.
The equivalent prices in foreign currencies may vary depending on currency exchange rates at time of order.
4. PAYMENT
The price is payable immediately on the date of the order, we accept all VISA or MASTER CARD.
The customer has a payment with a maximum guarantee of security: It's rule by credit card, stating directly into the secure area of Tunisia Monetics server complies with Visa and Master Card (with secure attachment SSL encryption over HTTPS) information relating to the credit card.

5. DELIVERY
Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the shipping address you provided when ordering. A delivery to an address different from the billing address can be performed by MEZIANA POINT NET.SARL (as in the case of gifts). The risks are your responsibility from the date on which the goods ordered have left our premises. The sale proceeds will be delivered to the address provided when entering your order. Counting on average three business days for processing and shipping Fast Post International (For FEDEX or DHL) and ten to twelve working days for processing and shipment by air of ordinary items coming into Europe and America.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination more or less remote from the customer, disruptions in air traffic (strikes or cancellation of flights), etc. ..
Products "personalized custom" require an additional manufacturing and personalization (mentioned in the specification of the selected item).
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
MEZIANA POINT NET.SARL respect the Tunisian and Europe's laws of E-Commerce.
Our items are handmade, (minor defects or nonconformity with respect to the sizes reported on the store may appear). In the event that an item is faulty, we are committed to the exchange or refund, provided it is returned to us in its original packaging and accompanied by an invoice within 30 days of receipt of package. Return adresse will be
mentionned on the package
We full refund if you dont received your order after 45 days (from sending package)
Return postage will be then also fully reimbursed (excluding postage) and the exchange implemented immediately. In case of refund, we guarantee it is done within less than or equal to 30 days after the date of receipt of the returned product. No cons sending refunds will be accepted, whatever the reason.
Apart from the case of any defect, our customers also has the right to return items for any reason you can return an item within seven days of receipt of your package (in original packaging origin and with the invoice) to our wahrehouse adresse mentionned on the package . In this case, shipping and returns are your responsibility.
Warning: This warranty does not apply to products immediately unsealed reproducible: So your item will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible, provided it is intact and without any trace of use.

In order to protect your privacy ARTS DE TUNISIE treats all personal information in strict confidentiality. When shopping, we only ask you for information (name, phone, address, e-mail) to quality treatment and careful monitoring of your control.
